It's specially designed to make the most of your charcoal grill and is ideal for whipping up everything from Asian-inspired stir-fry to spicy fajita fillings. This Weber Gournet BBQ system allows current BBQ owners to use a unique system sinply by replacing the existing cooking grate. No nuts, bolts or fixings required. Just remove & replace the regular 57cm cooking grate. The hinged cooking grate, with 30cm opening delivers the same trusted Weber berbecuing results as the standard grate with the flexibility of using it with the Gourmet BBQ System accessories. The hinged grate allows charcoal to be added without removing the grate from the barbecue and the 30cm insert allows for traditional grilling & roasting. Using this set as a basis, any of the three cast iron accessories can be placed into the opening. Griddle, Sear Grate or Wok. We offer the grates on their own or as astarted package with everything you need to start using the system. Each cast iron accessory is porcelain enamel coated and as such does not require "Seasoning" before use.
