Health & Nutrition - Grilling is not just for meat

For me the perfect summer afternoon cooking on the grill covers. Most people start with coal or gas ignition. Either option is fine with me. I think that charcoal adds a pleasant taste, but you can not just ease of a gas grill. So, what to cook today? I like to have a really nice pair Filet Mignon and sear and keep surfaces, which look beautiful diamond-shaped mark, keeping the inside pink and moist. But what is really the height of a meal is the contourand these can be cooked directly over coals as well.

Many people will end some baked potato and are quite delicious, but as a different vegetable or even, gasp, some fruits. The best option for vegetarians is one of those baskets, to sit on top of the Grill Grates. Lose you can not have the pieces in the fire. This is a double blow, because it can screw the burner on a gas grill, but mainly because you lose the food. This is not very good. Ibought a beautiful basket of stainless steel for only a few dollars to Marshall a few years ago and is still valid. And 'perfect for peppers, onions and mushrooms. They are ideal for coating the thread.

But here's the outside-the-box thinking. Have you ever thrown an orange or a slice of pineapple on the grill? This sounds illogical, but the fruit takes a whole new dimension to the grid. They still maintain that sweet juicy, and get yourAnti-oxidants and nutritional value, but the surprise is that the hot flame enhances the fruit flavor and natural sugars can be caramelized. This more or less the fruit turns into a sweet surprise.

So what we learned here? The grid is not just for the main course. You can use the meat, potatoes, vegetables and dessert all on a hot plate and (here is a bonus), save time to clean up. Less food means more time to relax and have fun in the coming months andcoming years. Limit does not apply to meat and are not limited to summer. If you are a brave and hardy souls, you can grill all year round. (In winter, this can do double duty potholders.) Life is much better not relax on deck and enjoy the aroma and flavor of a backyard barbecue.
