What you need:



2 pounds peeled, fresh shrimp de-veined
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
03:01 Cup olive oil
4.1 tsp cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
04:01 cup tomato sauce

How-to:

Mix olive oil, garlic, red wine vinegar and tomato sauce together in a large bowl and season the mixture with cayenne pepper, basil and salt. Add the shrimp andmix well. Cover the bowl and let cool to have a half hour to an hour, stirring several times.

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Run the marinated shrimp skewer, piercing it once near the head and once near the tail. Discard the marinade. Oil the grill grate and cook the prawns for few minutes per side or until opaque. Serve hot, wet with a creamy sauce.
